Steve Kerr Provides a Vital Update on Steph Curry’s Injury

Warriors fans were devastated when they learned Steph Curry was going to miss games due to a knee sprain. While it seemed like the worst news in the world for Warriors fans, there’s some positive news that head coach Steve Kerr provided.

After the Warriors were defeated by the Timberwolves on Tuesday night, Kerr revealed some very good news about Steph Curry’s injury. Specifically, that his injury is actually only day-to-day.

“There was good news with the MRI,” Kerr said. “Nothing alarming. I would say he’s day-to-day. We’ll see and have an update each day and let you know what’s going on. It won’t be long. If he misses another game or two or whatever, it’s not going to be anything long-term.”

The Warriors are in the midst of a four-game losing streak and could definitely use Steph Curry’s services sooner rather than later. The next five games for the Warriors are against the: Oklahoma City Thunder, Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets, Phoenix Suns, and San Antonio Spurs. All of these games are very winnable games, even without Steph Curry, but the team needs to play with better composure than they did against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
