Steph Curry exposes the “little brother” vibes from Brandin Podziemski

Brandin Podziemski has the ideal setup with the Golden State Warriors. He’s surrounded by future Hall of Fame talent with vast championship experience. Any smart person would try to soak in as much information as possible. According to Steph Curry, that’s exactly what the rookie is trying to do.

During an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, Curry revealed that Podziemski constantly asks questions to the veteran talent on the roster as he looks to improve his game and adjust to life in the NBA. Yet, while welcome, Podziemski’s eagerness produces a “little brother” vibe with Curry.

“He is kind of the annoying little brother who asks questions all the time, and he’s always talking,” Curry told the Chronicle. “But I love that about him and tell him to tap into it more because his energy is infectious. We know the care factor is there, and I know he listens.”

Podziemski has been impressive since joining Golden State this summer. He’s averaging 7.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game, shooting 45.8% from the field and 44.1% from 3-point range.

The rookie is proving to be a valuable contributor off the bench. If he continues to learn from the experience around him while also making the most of his opportunities, he could have a bright future in the NBA.
