“I Love My Crew”: Stephen Curry Turns to Ayesha and the Three Children During the Warriors’ Downfall

Despite a promising performance in the start, the Golden State Warriors have grappled with maintaining their customary form and consistency in the 2023 season. Slowly, despite great performances by Stephen Curry, they have been falling short of their championship aspirations. The pursuit of facilitating their stars for another title in their closing window seems all but forgotten. They currently face challenges in establishing playoff-worthy chemistry and even securing a credible season ranking.

Entering 2024, the Warriors find themselves with more losses than wins, adding to their struggles. However, Stephen Curry has found a much-needed recluse in the troubling times, paving the way to give the year a deserving start—by focusing on his off-court family.

Stephen Curry welcomes the new year with his family

Since entering the NBA, Stephen Curry has consistently prioritized his family, whether it’s his NBA brother Seth Curry, his father Dell Curry, or matters at home. As the new year ushered in promises and challenges on the horizon, Steph promptly turned to his home, dubbing them his squad. In a recent Instagram post, he shared three pictures with Ayesha and the kids, captioning it, “‘24 here we go!!! Love my crew 🙏🏽”

In the first image, a candid moment unfolds as Steph and Canon exchange glances while the family poses for the camera in the second shot. The third image captures the family’s playful side, showcasing a range of emotions reflected on everyone’s faces.

As the 2023 campaign unfolded, the Warriors made several adjustments to their starting lineup. They have opted to keep their key players on the bench and have also tried introducing players like Kevon Looney and Chris Paul to reinforce their defense. Despite these changes, they have yet to unlock their full potential.

Amidst the team’s struggles, Curry has consistently embodied a championship mentality. Frustrated by the undesired outcomes, he recently urged the coaching staff to intensify their efforts and address the team’s issues.

Expressing his frustration in a post-game interview, Curry stated, “It is frustrating, for sure. Thirty-two games in, and any seriously competitive contender, a good team can answer that question. Is there a clear-cut five players the team can rely on? We have to get to that point before it’s too late.”
