The Bloodline has entered into one of its most intriguing elements yet and it centers around an inanimate object: the Ula Fala necklace. As you are aware, Solo Sikoa is now holding the necklace, but Roman Reigns is working to reclaim it since the necklace is properly his, having been gifted to him by his own father and uncle, Sika and Afa, both of whom are unfortunately not with us anymore.
Although Roman Reigns wants to reclaim the necklace, it appears that new rumors have emerged about another superstar who wants to claim the necklace. Here we are discussing none other than The Rock who also has the potential to be The Tribal Chief. These rumors began with the most recent edition of Busted Open when it was revealed that WWE is preparing Reigns VS Rock as the last battle for the Bloodline, which would determine the leader.
So far, we know what the expectations are for this bout, and perhaps this is the end strategy that WWE will follow. WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry stated in the latest edition of the podcast, “You know who is praying and hoping for the success and the vying of the Ula Fala more than anybody, including Roman Reigns? The Rock. He likes to go and build it up. Build it up because it’s gonna come a day, Roman. Where the tire is going to meet the road. And I’m going to have the Ula Fala around my neck. Because I am the tribal chief. He already said it. Yeah. That he he was the business.”
Even if these rumors are genuine, it will take time for the return of The Brahma Bull as for now Reigns has to deal with Solo Sikoa and his Bloodline first.
Solo Sikoa is the underboss before the Final Boss encounter for Roman Reigns
WWE has been heavily planning something significant for the Bloodline storyline, as seen by this week’s SmackDown episode. The reason for this phrase is that WWE did actually showcase Roman Reigns as not invincible on this week’s edition of the blue brand show. The Bloodline demonstrated why The OTC needs some allies on his side too. We think Jimmy Uso could return to Reigns, but even if the return comes to fruition, Solo Sikoa will still hold the numerical advantage.
This means the former WWE Universal champion will have to cope with the 2 to 4 attack for some time until Jey Uso and Sami Zayn likely decide to join him and assist him with the problem at hand. This storyline will be the best for business since it will help WWE form the OG Bloodline in a babyface format. Dwayne Johnson could then make his presence known to provide another twist in the tale pertaining to The Bloodline arc.
