The Rock’s wholesome wishes to his ‘mothers’
The Jumanji actor dedicated extensive wishes on Instagram on Mother’s Day to his wife, Lauren Hashian. Johnson uploaded a rarely-seen video of himself with his wife singing. While in the caption, he truly explained the dynamics between the two lovebirds and how grateful he is to have her in his life. Dwayne Johnson and Lauren Hashian met in 2006, during the filming of the film “The Game Plan”. At the time, the actor was married to Dany Garcia, his first wife, and the mother of Simone, his eldest daughter. It was only in 2007 that the two began dating, and shortly after making their relationship public, and decided to move in together. In 2015, they had their first daughter, Jasmine, and in April 2018, they welcomed Tiana. Interestingly, both are named after princesses from the Disney universe, of which Johnson has been a part since he participated in Moana, in which he voiced the character of Maui. However, this isn’t the only sweet thing the Brahma Bull has done for his family.
The Rock imparts a special gift to his mum on Christmas
Dwayne Johnson doesn’t do things by halves. The Hollywood star gave his mother a new car for Christmas back in 2021. The 52-year-old “Red Notice” singer posted a video of the surprise on Instagram. “I surprised my mom with a new car for Christmas today. She was shocked. […] Her grandchildren joined her inside the car. She was overcome with pure joy,” Dwayne Johnson wrote in the caption. “I’m so grateful to be able to do this kind of thing for my mother, who has had a life of hell. I don’t take anything for granted. Neither did she. Merry Christmas mom, enjoy your new ride […] We love you. You deserve much more,” he concluded.
