Jason Statham’s Extremely Difficult Diet & Exercise Program Is Terrifying But Doable

If there is one guy in Hollywood who seems to be effortlessly cool, it has to be Jason Statham. He is a mega-star, his movies never fail to disappoint as far as action is concerned and all the stunts that he does, mostly in a suit, are otherworldly, to say the least.

Another reason why the actor of Transporter fame is known for is his absolutely shredded physique. Completely symmetrical, with not an ounce of fat on his torso for his abs to hide behind and the aesthetics of a supermodel.

What’s even more impressive is the fact that Statham has managed to stay in shape for years if not decades and has refused to age even a bit.

We got in touch with BoxFit founder Rahul Kaul to break down what it takes to have a physique like the actor got all the information needed for it.
