Juanita, Michael Jordan’s ex-wife, uses a strong feminist mindset to promote “Italian craftsmanship.”

Juanita Vanoy, Michael Jordan‘s ex-wife, has tried her hand at various industries over the years. American Bar Association, real estate, financial services, and magazine features, make up a few. Now, come Memorial Day, Vanoy announced that she’d be hopping on a new venture with her brand Juanita World, and well with a creative marketing front.

Juanita World encompasses a variety of products ranging from accessories like belts, jewelry, and wallets, to clothes, shoes, handbags, and more. As per their website, these products are “pre-owned and new (never worn)” from Juanita, which also has its authenticity guaranteed. Ahead of Memorial Day, Juanita had announced a sale. Now, she is busy promoting her best products with an apt and catchy description each.

To promote her vintage skirts available at Juanita Wear, the Chicago Bulls legend’s ex-wife used a brilliant tagline, “The clothes aren’t going to change the world. The women who wear them will”. Along with this praise, the description read, “Crafted with impeccable Italian craftsmanship, each pre-owned skirt exudes timeless sophistication.”

She also noted that her belief behind the products is they make one ” feel more beautiful and confident.” The 64-year-old had previously expressed her vision to build her own business but was holding back to cater to her kids. Now that her children have grown and Marcus is working on his brand, The Trophy Room rather well, Vanoy has seized the opportunities well.

Apart from Juanita World, the 64-year-old has used her management skills to work in various industries. What has been constant in all these stints, is her voice towards women’s empowerment.

Ever heard of Reel Beauty? Juanita is one of the board of directors at this venture, whose goal is to turn self-esteem women into productive citizens. In this, Reel Beauty assists young women by offering a 14-week activity-based curriculum in Chicago Public Schools.

And according to them, they believe in their philosophy, “Reel Beauty is Skin Deep“. Moreover, Juanita has also assisted people, who have contributed to women’s empowerment. She endorsed her “tribe sis” Dr. Tashin Macon, who released a book to showcase the need for more women in the corporate world. Vanoy’s ventures extend to the world of philanthropy and numerous times so.
