Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas are at odds once more over remarks made during their last dance

It appears Isiah Thomas is trying to once again pick a fight with longtime rival Michael Jordan.

Thomas and Jordan were always considered enemies during their playing days for the Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls. Thomas got the best Jordan in the 1980s before Jordan dominated the NBA in the 1990s.

The latest in a feud that will likely last forever was what Thomas said at the ForbesBLK Summit in Atlanta earlier this week. In his address of the address of the crowd, Thomas couldn’t help but bring Jordan into the conversation.

“This beef that we supposedly had,” Thomas said told the audience. “Well, I didn’t know anything about it until The Last Dance.”

In the 2020 documentary about the rise of the Bulls in the `90s, Jordan made it known his dislike for Thomas. After the documentary aired, Thomas took exception to the comment and has since refused to let it go.

“When I was watching the “Last Dance”, I’m [sitting] there and I’m watching it with my family and I’m thinking everything is good,” Thomas said to Eurohoops.net in 2022. “And then this guy comes on television and he says that he hates me and then he calls me an a-shole. And then I proceed to watch a whole documentary about him being an a-shole. I’m like wait a minute, time out.”

We should just accept the fact these are going to beef the rest of their lives.
