So, for one major producer in the music industry finding a partner in Michael Jordan for his philanthropy wasn’t a complete surprise. So, theirs was a match made in heaven.
But, their collaboration wasn’t born out of dream scenarios. Instead, as the Grammy Award-winning artist describes, it was out of a collective sense of duty.

During his appearance on the Club Shay Shay podcast, DJ Khaled was his usual self. Whether it was his favorite team or his time spent on a golf course as a child, Khaled was as candid as can be.
But, while talking about golf, the conversation turned to his charitable efforts. Speaking with increasing passion, the $75 million rich emphasized the importance of his philanthropic endeavors.
“So, when more blessings came into my life, I made it a priority. And my wife, as well, made it a priority to give back to the kids. It’s not just the education, we’re doing STEM programs.” Then, the 47-year-old went into detail about his collaborative efforts.
“We’re also collaborating with other charities to uplift the community. To collaborate with Michael Jordan, that’s big. You know how much community work he does and to do this Golf Classic.”
Further along, the DJ went into detail about what excites him about this particular collaboration. “What I love about the Golf Classic is that it brought us all together. Unity. To do things for the young world every single day. That’s the priority – the kids.”
For the Father of Asahd, the goal is understandable. Moreover, as a father of 3, he’s found the perfect counterpart in Jordan.

Of course, the Golf Classic isn’t the only endeavor that the Chicago Bulls legend has undertaken to give back to the community.
Out of his $3 billion net worth, Mike makes sure to donate a large sum to various charities. Whether it be during the Black Lives Matter movement or with various endeavors, the ex-owner of the Charlotte Hornets has shown his generosity time and time again.
While he lives an expensive lifestyle himself, he’s simultaneously pledging a large sum to improve education. In whatever way possible, Michael has made a consistent, concerted effort to help those around him.
