Built on a 0.9-acre plot, the seven-year-old home is located within a gated community called The Bears Club and is one of just 61 homes in the development, which lies around a mile from the beach.
Five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a four-car garage mean the residents will never be short of space. The interior also has a large walk-in wardrobe, an upstairs media room overlooking the back garden space, a covered balcony, a gym, and an office space.
The backyard boasts a covered patio, a section with sun loungers next to a large swimming pool and a covered kitchen perfect for barbecues. But should they wish to venture off the stunning property, the listing notes the local availability of “restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, and easy land and sea travel.”
Among Jordan’s portfolio is a home in Highland Park, Illinois, which is currently listed for $14.85m. The huge 32,000 square foot home has been on the market since 2013 and has incredible unique touching from Jordan, including a custom basketball court and his famous jersey No. 23 on the front gates.
