From multiple NBA Championships to back-to-back league MVPs and more, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has accumulated quite the trophy room over his illustrious career. On Thursday, Curry added to his list of achievements after the NBA named him this season’s Clutch Player of the Year.
Curry led the league in multiple clutch statistics including points (189), field goals made (59), and free-throw percentage (95.1%). In an interview with TNT’s Inside the NBA following the announcement of his award, Curry says his keys to succeeding in clutch situations are his unwavering confidence and his ability to handle failure.
