Steph and Dell Curry will have a joint podcast called ‘Heat Check’ to become the first NBA father-son-pairing to host a podcast.
Steph Curry will launch a new podcast titled Heat Check, which he will co-host with his father, Dell Curry.
According to Andscape’s Marc J. Spears, the podcast produced by Unanimous Media will debut on June 13.
Heat Check will “pull back the curtain on their family’s journey, told through the lens of a father and son, while talking about the biggest names throughout NBA history.”
This is the first podcast that will feature an NBA father-son duo.
“Really excited for this project with Steph. We had a blast reminiscing how we got to where we are,” Dell Curry told Charlotte Observer’s Roderick Boone.
Some of the special guests that will join the podcast are Sonya Curry and Muggsy Bogues, among others.
Dell Curry played in the NBA for 16 years, with notable stints with the Charlotte Hornets and Toronto Raptors.
Steph Curry, meanwhile, is entering his 16th season with the Golden State Warriors. He has won 4 championships and 2 MVP trophies.
