As Steph Curry went up against former teammate Kevin Durant Saturday night, the Golden State Warriors star made sure he won this battle.
Curry led the Warriors to a 113-112 win over the Phoenix Suns behind his 30 points, nine rebounds and six assists along with a huge shot to give Golden State the lead with .7 seconds left.
The Suns got one last chance to win it, but Durant’s game-winning attempt came up short.
The game marked a second-straight 30+ point game for Curry. He had 42 points on Thursday in a win against the Indiana Pacers, and he’s shot 20-of-32 from deep over his last two games.
With the win, the Warriors increased their win streak to four games and they’re now sitting at 25-25 on the season. Golden State is looking to continue its recent success to secure a playoff spot, as it currently sits in 11th place in the West.
