Stephen Curry assisted Donte DiVincenzo in choosing to sign with the Knicks rather than the Timberwolves

An Oakland penthouse once owned by Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry and his wife, cookbook author and television personality Ayesha Curry, boasting panoramic bay views, is back on the market.

This two-floor property spans 2,084 square feet and includes three bedrooms and 3½ baths. Additionally, it features three private balconies overlooking the San Francisco skyline, the Bay Bridge, the Golden Gate Bridge, Mount Tamalpais and downtown Oakland.

The penthouse also offers three parking spaces, including an EV charging station, and access to a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, club room, pool and spa.

The Currys acquired the condo in the Ellington building at 222 Broadway for $1.475 million in 2012, selling it to the current owners two years later with a $24,000 markup, per public records.

The current listing price for the unit is $1.689 million.

Karen Gartz of Compass, the listing agent, describes unit 1501 as a “slam dunk” on the listing page. She tapped celebrity designer Cora Sue Anthony, host of HGTV’s “Real Estate Intervention,” to stage the condo with a Warriors-themed blue and gold decor.

Situated near Oakland’s Jack London Square and the waterfront, the Ellington is conveniently located for Warriors fans — just two BART stops or a ferry ride from San Francisco’s Chase Center. For those preferring to drive, it also offers easy access to the Bay Bridge.

The current sellers, basketball fans Ruth Goran and Laurie Weinstein, following in the Currys’ footsteps, plan to transition from city living to the suburbs by relocating to Healdsburg.

Meanwhile, Stephen and Ayesha Curry have settled in a single-family home in Atherton.
