The Gentlemen has been one of the latest in a long line of huge hits on Netflix in recent weeks, which has led to plenty of speculation on UK betting sites about the likelihood of a second series.
Should another season of Guy Ritchie’s action-comedy series come to fruition, then season one’s popularity will surely pave the way for some celebrity cameos second time around.
The show is a spin-off of Ritchie’s 2019 movie of the same name, and some of those stars of the big screen version have been tipped up on betting sites to appear in a second series of the Netflix show.
Or could Ritchie look to some of the safe pairs of hands he has previously directed?

Jason And Annabelle For Season 2?
Step forward Jason Statham and Annabelle Wallis. Statham got his big screen break in Ritchie’s 1998 movie Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, which also helped to catapult the filmmaker into the big time.
Statham worked with Ritchie again two years later on Snatch, and they have teamed up several times since on the likes of Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre, and Revolver.
It’s just 11/8 on new betting sites that Statham does Ritchie a favour and appears in a second series of The Gentlemen, while it’s 3/1 his Snatch co-star Stephen Graham makes an appearance.
Actor To Make A Cameo In Series 2 Of The Gentlemen Odds
The first series features a Merseyside-based crime gang, and with Stephen hailing from Merseyside town Kirkby he could be the perfect fit for a second run.
He’s no stranger to gritty dramas, as is Annabelle, who starred in Peaky Blinders and period drama The Tudors.
She was also directed by Ritchie in 2017’s King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, and is Evens to reunite with him in The Gentlemen series two, leading the way as the most-likely actress to appear in a potential next season.
From Big To Small Screen
One easy transition could be for some of the stars of The Gentlemen movie to make their way to the Netflix series if a second season gets the green light.
Matthew McConaughey, who played lead character Michael “Mickey” Pearson in the action-comedy movie, is 2/1 on specials betting sites to do just that, while his co-stars Charlie Hunnam (7/2), Colin Farrell (5/2), Hugh Grant (7/1), and Michelle Dockery (11/8) could also make the move.
If Ritchie was to look at one of his latest movies for The Gentlemen series two recruits, then he might sign up some of the cast of The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, which is out this month.
Eiza González is just 3/1 to swap the World War Two epic for the TV series, while Henry Cavill is an 8/1 chance.

Beckham Or Brad To Make Cameos?
But after The Gentlemen’s Netflix success, surely Ritchie can look at the very top of the list of some of the most-famous stars he has previously directed.
While he’s not a renowned movie or TV star, former footballer David Beckham is just 5/1 on betting apps to rock up in a second series of The Gentlemen.
Beckham and Ritchie are known to be good pals, and the latter even directed the former England captain in his movie King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.
What’s more, Brad Pitt – who appeared in Snatch – is 6/1 to appear in The Gentlemen, and Sherlock Game of Shadows stars Jude Law (4/1), Robert Downey Jr. (10/1) and Noomi Rapace (10/1) would be huge additions to the Netflix series.
But if Ritchie opts to look for favours from his older movies, then he could turn to RocknRolla pair Thandiwe Newton and Gemma Arterton, who are both 4/1 to appear in The Gentlemen, while The Man from U.N.C.L.E. stars Alicia Vikander (6/1) and Elizabeth Debicki (7/1) may also be considered.
