The 2023/24 NBA season is less than a month away, and Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is already preparing for the new season in style.
The veteran point guard was spotted doing some training, although he was on a trip to Dubai in the UAE with his wife, Ayesha.
In a video posted online, Curry was seen running up and down the sand dunes under supervision from a performance coach, per Bleacher Report.
Ayesha posted a photo of herself and Curry riding a camel under the stunning sunset in the UAE.
The Warriors training camp starts on Monday, October 2, before they face Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings and San Antonio Spurs in preseason, per CBS Sports.
Therefore, Curry could be getting himself ready for training camp in what is expected to be a huge season for the four-time NBA champion. The Warriors suffered a painful second-round exit in the playoffs last season and will be looking to right the wrongs of last season.
They’ve added veteran point guard Chris Paul to their roster, hoping he will bring experience and toughness to the team. The new NBA season tips off on October 24th.
Curry, Ayesha dazzle at Sundance
Stephen and his wife, Ayesha Curry, looked elegant during the world premiere of Stephen’s documentary, ‘Stephen Curry: Underrated’, at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival.
The documentary tells the story of how a little boy from North Carolina rose to iconic status, from Davidson College to NBA superstardom with the Golden State Warriors. The film was released in July 2023.
Ayesha opted for a brown twill jumpsuit, a leather bomber jacket, and crocodile leather boots. Stephen, on the other hand, wore a white long-sleeve zip-up sweater with a dark blue gilet on top.
LeBron James lauds Curry
Sports Brief previously reported on LeBron James showering Curry with praise before their showdown in Round 2 tipped off.
The two veterans have battled each other for many years, especially in the playoffs and are probably still faces of the league.
James said he has a lot of respect for Warriors star, Curry, because he works hard and has achieved a lot on and off the court.
